Here are some small step-by-step instructions on how to serve our beers, for those who are starting in this exciting world of craft beer:
Conservation and preparation
Store in a dark and cool place.
For consumption, place in the refrigerator in an upright position to keep the sediments (yeasts) in the bottom.
Cool at a temperature between 8-10 degrees, to appreciate all its aromas and flavors.
If we want to enjoy a clear and clean beer, we recommend leaving 1 or 2 centimeters of the bottom without serving. This remaining whitish liquid can be drunk, since it is yeast and is highly nutritious.
Serve the Craft Beer
Serve in glass or tall glass. Do not take it directly from the bottle.
To facilitate carbonic activation (foam), it is necessary to serve it by separating the glass about 10 cm. This process is called “hitting.”
If we see too much foam, we bring the glass to the bottle, tilt it and serve slowly. Avoid shaking the bottle.
Enjoy it without haste and with all your senses.
